Why don't I receive any advertising email?
EmailCash cannot guarantee that you will receive advertising email.
Email is delivered to specific targeted groups of people. For example, EmailCash advertisers may want to target people who wear glasses but don't wear contact lenses. This means that
you can't just request to have more email sent to you. It will be sent to you when your profile matches that required by the advertisers. You should not panic if it seems that you never receive any email.
My email program can't read HTML email. What can I do?
Email will be delivered to you in HTML format. If your email program is unable to accept HTML email, you should upgrade your email program or sign-up for a Web mail account. Over 99% of people who join can already access HTML format email.
Even if your email program can't accept HTML email, you can still view your EmailCash Reward Mail on the web from the
Reward Mail page. When signed in, you'll see a list of recent emails in your 'Reward Mail Inbox' on the left. Just click on an email to view it.
Why does the email that I've read still say 'Unread'?
This indicator shows whether you have clicked on the link within the email. Once you've read an email, always click on the 'click here' button at the bottom, to show that you have read it.
If you've done that and it still shows as Unread, try signing out of your account and then signing back in again.
How do I earn points for reading email?
You do not automatically receive points just because we have sent you an email. To show that you have read the email, you must click on the 'Click Here' button or link that is located towards the bottom of the email. This will take you to the appropriate Web page for the advertising offer, and will ensure your points are credited.
- The link to earn points expires 14 days after the email is sent. To maximise your earning, check your email regularly, and read and respond to an email as soon as you get it.
- At other times you might not receive points for clicking because points are available for responding to the offer. For example, clicking on a survey invitation email will not earn you points because up to 300 points might be available for completing the survey.
- Our system will not allow you to earn points twice for the one email, so there is no point clicking over and over to try and get more rewards.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email you receive from EmailCash will have a link at the bottom allowing you to unsubscribe.
You can also unsubscribe by
changing your email subscriptions settings. All you need to do is click on the
Unsubscribe link, and then confirm.
