Do I need a credit card to order from the catalogue?
No. You order items from the catalogue using your reward points
which you have earned.
How do I order from the catalogue?
- Make sure you are signed in, then visit the Catalogue;
- Select the item you'd like to get. If the Order button is greyed out, you do not have enough reward points to order that item;
- Click on Order this item;
- Confirm your address.
- Confirm your order.
When will I get my order?
You can expect delivery within 3 weeks. Most vouchers will be delivered electronically, by email.
Can I cancel my order?
No, it is not possible to cancel or refund a catalogue order.
